The ambition of this tool is to support your weight management service (WMS) to collect weight-related outcomes in your patients who are being treated with Novo Nordisk's weight management medication.
Please note that the data collected by your WMS is solely your property. Novo Nordisk has had no influence over the application of the content and does not receive any patient data.
