Welcome to the International Registry of Mitral Interventions – iRoMi

An International registry of surgical and nonsurgical interventions on the Mitral Valve.

The aim of the registry is to track activity, assess success rates and analyse outcome of different management strategies for the treatment of primary and secondary mitral valve abnormality.
Given the advances in surgical and nonsurgical treatment options, recent guidelines, there is a need for the systematic collection of contemporary worldwide data documenting prevalent management practices.
This is a very simple register to complete and it is my sincere hope that you will be able to participate and benefit from understanding worldwide practice.
